Hall Estate has up to 3.5 miles of single bank fishing rights on the River Taw. Salmon, sea trout and brown trout are some of the popular species that provide rod-bending action on the beat. Invitation to View
Hall is taking part in the Invitation To View scheme. Invitation to View has been opening houses and gardens to the public since 1998. For the first time ever Hall and its history will be available to see and explore for yourself. Tours last 2 hours, and include tea, coffee, squash, cream teas and cake. Beaches
The North Devon Coastline is well known for its beautiful blue flag beaches as well as having some of the best surfing coastline in the country. These beaches range between 20-40 minutes from Hall and include Northam Burrows, Saunton Sands, Croyde, Woolacombe, Combe Martin and Watermouth Cove, to name but a few. |

Walking
There are many wonderful places to walk at Hall. Not only are there the beautiful walks over the Estate itself but there is also Codden Hill, Exmoor, the South West Coastal Path and the Tarka Trail located within a 40 minute radius of Hall. These provide the chance to see some of the wonderful wildlife and scenery that North Devon has to offer.
